APPOINTMENTS

We recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time. Credit card information will be required to hold the appointment. 

 

CHECK IN

Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to make the most out of your wellness experience. This will allow time to prepare and complete any necessary intake form prior to your first session.   

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of consideration for the next client.

 

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TREATMENT SESSIONS

You may reschedule an appointment for a treatment session without charge up to 24 hours preceding the appointment. Any cancellation made on the day of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to reschedule the appointment or do not show up for the scheduled appointment, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged. You will be given one grace opportunity for a late cancellation for which you will not be charged.

 

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONSULTATIONS

You may reschedule an appointment for a one-hour Ayurvedic consultation with our Vaidya, or Ayurvedic practitioner, without charge up to 48 hours preceding the appointment. Any cancellation made on the day of the scheduled appointment will be charged $50.00. If you do not call to reschedule the appointment or do not show up for the scheduled appointment, the full price of the consultation will be charged. You will be given one grace opportunity for a late cancellation for which you will not be charged.

 

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

Discount vouchers will be redeemed on the day of the scheduled appointment.

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Please inform your therapist of any special medical conditions to ensure a safe and healthy experience.

 

ETIQUETTE

We kindly request all guests to keep noise at a minimum in respect to those who are relaxing after a therapeutic session. Young children should not be left unattended in the reception area.

 

GRATUITY

If you enjoy your session and wish to show appreciation to your therapist, gratuities can be left in cash or by credit card payment during checkout.
